The New Years :)

HELLO HELLO!
I am blogging again people! :D
Last year the lazy got the better of me so I kinda fell off the radar and went MIA for blogging.
But not to worry! I'm back and ready to continue all my bitching about how dramatic my life is again xD
Anyhoo... what's better to kickstart the year than a good old whatdididoformynewyears story.
If you expecting me to story on how i clubbed and drank and drunk and slept somewhere and prolly met some crazy guy... well I'm sorry to disappoint you :)

So this year the new years was rather....... decent?
On the 31th Dec 2011, i went downtown KL to countdown with my high school mates yo!
despite the warnings and heeds from the "experienced people" bout how chaotic it can be and dangerous..
Like the stubborn girl I am I still went on with it :P
Destination: Pavillion :)
Since I "frolic" around there often, they made me the tourguide -__-
had dinner in pavillion and made our way out to where the fireworks are suppose to be..
and lemme tell you... the place was JAM PACK. that you have to push your way through..
It was then we decided we can't really stand still until 12am to watch the fireworks..
So we moved towards SungaiWang..
eventually we decided to stop in the middle of the road and wait for the fireworks xD
it was okay cause all the roads were sealed anyway :D

And then there's CNY :)
went back to good ol' Melaka for reunion dinner with the family..
have you guys watched Little Nyonya the Singaporean award winning tv show?
well I'm a Peranakan, therefore the homecook food that I have during reunion dinners are rather different :D
we DO have ponteh and those spicy oriental dishes..
So the next morning we have the usual ANG POW ceremony :')
( on a side note i thought ang pow was spelled ang pau? the different spelling this year bothers me idontknowwhy. )
this year my dearest sister Catherine wasn't around to celebrate this festival with us :((
HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT ONE YOURSELF AT DC OKAY!

overall I had a good time and I realize that all these festivals that we have just give people a reason to gather and be together after being busy with our own lives.
I am truly grateful that I have a fairly BIG family tree and so MANY extended families to visit..
the thought of these people can be related to you even though you've never really met them just makes me think of how beautiful life is :')
and how lucky we are to have a family to go back to instead.

Doing Nonsense In the Middle Of The Night

hello hello netizens...
in case you haven't notice it's 2.22am in the middle of the night..
been playing with my blog templates for quite a while now i totally lost track of time :/

the holidays are finally here!!

YAY. the wait is finally over! a month of fasting has finally paid off!
*not for me, to my Muslim friends i mean :D*
its visiting time which means tons of food for me for the WHOLE DAY!
first and second days of raya are usually busy for me..
there's like 2-3 houses per day!!
so yeah. its like a routine for me every year to go visiting!!!
This year its a little special cause Malaysia's Independence Day clashes with the SECOND day of raya..
2in1!!
so SELAMAT HARI RAYA & HARI MERDEKA!!

I recently found out that my finals are on 10th of Oct! 

zomg!! I was just randomly asking my friend the other and FULAMAK

WHY NO ONE TELL ME WAN?!?!?

if you see your friend going out too much. you should probably go and try to tell her exams are coming.

but NOOOOOO.. you just let her be and wait till she asks you!!!!

this week was........ surprising. lol..
went out with Diviya from Klang :D
this is call true love k! she drove all the way from Klang just to meet up with me..
I LOVE SAYANG!!
Went shopping and just hanging in Sunway Piramid.

other than this, its been a boring week.
assignments just come piling... ugh..
plus got test some more..
have to start study lo.. :(

HELLO JUNE~
wow, times flies huh...
one minute its a new year and next... half a year is here..
To me May was faster than any other months this year...
Simply because it has been treating me right and......... I am grateful :D
Let's hope June won't torture me D:

The reason I LOVE May is because:
1. I GOT MY DRIVER'S LICENSE!!
I was so freakin worried that I would fail, then I would have to retake again..
and go back to the centre again and blah blah blah....
all the hassle..
so thank god He answered to ALL my prayer =3=

2. Currently having had my first break from college
Not exactly fresh from a hectic semester and crazy exams..
it's just refreshing to have holidays :D
not to mention having my laptop with me 24/7
I CAN GO CRAZY!
*with all the facebook notifications and gossips and all the other wasting-time-but-irresistible-stuff you find on the web*
And if you REALLY keep track on my blog posts
you would have realized I'm slacking in updating my blog..
simply because
- I barely use the computer cause I have my own laptop already.
- Though all the photo softwares are IN the computer
- Tried to update with my lappie but there were no photos available.
-REFUSED to update a post WITHOUT A PHOTO.. :D
so yeah, I still prefer using the computer for blogging
